Oof… probably one of my worst Culver’s experiences. Employees seemed to be untrained, couldn’t ring up an order correctly. Didn’t butter the bread for my sourdough melt, so it was bone dry toast. The concrete was more of a milkshake consistency.Not up to snuff on quality of food or service. They were very friendly, just not competent.

Today's food was a bit disappointing. I asked for a single burger with cheese, mustard, and onion only. It had cheese. The burger was drowned in mustard that had a weird flavor, and there was one lone ring of onion. The fries had no salt.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Nothing wrong with their customer service. Just their cooks. Because when it comes to the food, EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a butter burger from them they burn the edges and i’m left with a crunchy butter burger. It’s disgusting. And this isn’t just once, i’ve probably given them more than 10 chances. Save your money. I now drive the extra 7-10 minutes and go to the Coralville one. They do not burn my burger there.
I went through drive through on my 30 minute lunch break. Ordered a cheese curd, and a single burger. Had me pull up of course no issue, it took 21 minutes to get my food, 5 people behind me received theirs before mine came out, no sauce with my curd, and burger was cold. I definitely don't suggest that you go here on a lunch break.
