This was my first time ever going to a Dairy Queen that had more than just ice cream, and it was a great first impression. Each employee welcomed us as soon as we entered the store, and they all seemed eager to give us the best service possible.
The food was much better than I anticipated, and they actually did the thing where they flip the blizzard upside down, which I’ve never seen in real life. We got chicken strips, fries, a burger, cheese curds, a cookie dough blizzard, and a butterfinger blizzard. All fantastic and well priced.
The only thing I would change is the store itself. It seemed clean to me, but the toilet in the bathroom was clogged, so we had to go to the Panda Express next door to use the restroom. The store is also extremely quiet. I think some music playing could improve the environment.

Must of been new employees or just high school kids. Empty parking lot a few cars in the drive threw so we went in and ordered. It took almost half an hour to get the 7 box meal deal thing. While waiting used the restroom. Filthy. Piss on the seats, my first thought was the men's room must be closed because it looks like the men's room in here. It wasn't. But sure tough to smell. While waiting the half an hour for food I went outside. At one point I looked up the phone number. Called to complain. But when they answered I hung up. Not trying to be a. B but geeze. They could of hooked it up with some ice cream or something for making us wait all night. Pretzel bites are too die for. So good. 🥨

My family and I walked in, we stood there for close to 5 minutes with two of the three employees having seen us walked in. Not a single one acknowledged us nor offered anything even a hello. This occurred on Sunday night December 29th, 2024. This is the first time at any Dairy Queen I've ever had this type of situation. Be it Sioux City, cedar rapids, Davenport, Phoenix Arizona, dozens of places in California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, etc.

Just stopped by this DQ (Dec. 12, 7pm) and the person at the window went above and beyond. I have a severe nut allergy, and he went through every ingredient to make sure I could have a specific blizzard— turns out I actually couldn’t, so he may as well just saved my life! DQ man you’re my hero!

Of all the DQ’s I’ve been to in 60+ years this is THE WORST. Had a terrible experience there during Covid, but decided to give them another chance. It’s mid-October, pumpkin pie is on their menu. And I’m told sorry ma’am, pumpkin pie is no longer on the menu. What utter bullshit. If you want good DQ go to Coralville, Tipton, ANYWHERE BUT HERE

I went here on 09/11/2024 for lunch not bad but they really need to learn to cook their fries two times they were under cooked and they keep bugging me about how my fries and food were while I was eating I'm sorry but that's just rude in my eyes kinda hard to eat when your inturpted to ask how the food you are eating is !!!

Ordered inside and waited 15 minutes. Watched the guy make the blizzard in front of me and it still came to me liquified ?? No chance of flipping it upside down lest a poor other employee would have to mop up the soupy ice cream off the ground. Boooo
We go in to order, my gf (who has worked at another DQ in the US) asked for a specific order with the $7 dollar meal deal for an oreo shake instead of a sundae (which she has had done before at several other locations with special instructions). The server said no, which fine, maybe this location doesn't allow it, but she was very snippy about it with us. We get our drinks and ice cream, but no drink tray. Which again, whatever, I can ask after. Then we get our food, which the hot dog was not properly sealed in its container and they overfilled a single bag. We finally get home to eat our food, the cheese curds were burnt and nearly hollow, the fries and chicken were cold and undercooked, the burger had a piece of something hard in it, and both the burger and the hot dog were cold with a stale bun. Atmosphere was okay, but he lobby needed to be cleaned badly.
All this to say, not impressed at all. Now excuse me while I take care of my nauseous girlfriend.

Last 2 times I went there just wanted cheese curds and a blizzard... No cheese curds and excuses both times. How about poor management. This time I just drove away. They obviously make too much already.

The service was awful. That's all there is to it, they were rude when they took my order and they got it wrong even after repeating and confirming. When we got to the window the manager was very rude and they gave us a soupy shake that was the wrong flavor. They didn't give us all our icecream and when asked to make it they charged us. Then that shake was done wrong. The vanilla shake that came out wrong the first time was still soupy and they did not even apologize or anything. Terrible service and ice cream do not go here.

We go in to order, my gf (who has worked at another DQ in the US) asked for a specific order with the $7 dollar meal deal for an oreo shake instead of a sundae (which she has had done before at several other locations with special instructions).
