100% agree with Gregory and Rebecca below. Staff are aggressive if you have a problem with your order! Took my mini Blizzard back to the counter to ask for a re-do or my money back - instead of saying sure, their ridiculous staff jeered at me with rude comments and waved goodbye to me. The woman at the counter refused to give me a refund because “she knows how to make stuff”. A tall guy informed me that it was 100 degrees out so don’t complain. They were honestly hostile! Stop taking yourselves so seriously- this is Dairy Queen! Will never go back.

I was really impressed with the look of the Dairy Queen when pulling into the parking lot. I understand how they might be limited on quality machines, but when I discussed a problem with my blizzard I was immediately verbally assaulted by what seems like a family dynamic coworker pair. They both expressed very unnecessary aggression and passive aggressiveness. It might’ve been a late night attitude issue; but when you customers “stupid” and “clueless”??? I feel like that’s an issue that needs to be handled
