Daydrink is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops in the U.S. Staff are always highly-knowledgeable, kind, and whip up delicious hot and cold beverages. I always appreciate their fall flavors and their sustainability practices.

This is the most consistently hitting and good coffee shop in Iowa City. All the unique flavors are delicious, smooth espresso, and they offer milk alternatives, not to mention their environmentally friendly reusable glass jar system—LOVE! The baristas are always super friendly and helpful, and the space itself is super chill with good music playing.

Excellent shop. We stopped in on a rainy day near the end of the opening hours, so it was on the quieter side.
We tried an oat milk latte and a cereal milk latte. Both were excellent with great espresso flavor. The shop itself is bright and cozy. It has a quirky decor style throughout.
The barista kindly told us about the area, and shared about their glass jar to-go program.
Would love to return, it’s a delightful coffee shop sending out quality coffee and kindness into the community.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of milk alternatives are available.
Kid-friendliness: Families were there with kids, but the shop only has so many drink and pastry options that might appeal to kids.
