We ordered a pizza and brownie, when they arrived all the toppings had slid off the pizza and were in 1 corner of the box. I called the store, and they apologized right away and sent a replacement pizza, they even offered to throw in and extra dessert for our trouble. We declined the extra dessert, but thanked them for their excellent customer service. The replacement pizza was great. 10/10 will order from Domino's again.
Clicked through the coupon. Didn’t get the deal applied somehow . Called the store and they said they “didn’t see my order” then delivered my order somehow

The worst service ever!!! I accidentally made my order for Iowa city instead of Coralville and they proceeded to make my order and deliver it and because my driver couldn’t find my place he cancelled my order. I called the store trying to talk to someone the guy proceeded to say that not on us but yet they made my order and just couldn’t complete let alone call me and say “hey we don’t deliver to Coralville” I was paying cash so it would have been fine. But now bc it’s late I can’t place an order to get it. The guy hung up on me and didn’t bother to listen when I asked. When I placed the order and it had a Coralville address to even call me. Iowa city dominoes it the absolute worst. Mistakes happen and all it takes is a simple phone call. Going to to bed hungry now!!!
