Their Irish stew & potato salad are two of my favorite comfort foods around! Tim, Luna & the rest of the staff are incredible, and will make you feel like family. Its a great spot to sneak away for a nice lunch and forget about all the shuffle & hustle in your day, or a cute little date night spot. Donnelly's is a cozy gem in the downtown, and I would 100% suggest checking it out- you wont be disappointed!

My order was forgotten and therefore arrived 15 mins later. My friends chicken came out black and burnt. We asked for it to be remade and it was. Another friend ordered the stew which looked nothing like a stew. All of this was fine, but when upset me most was that an automatic 20% gratuity was added to our bill because we had a party of 7. I'm a bit shocked at this due to the numerous errors made that this wasn't waived so we could decide the proper amount to tip.

The service was fine, some were obviously more versed than others. The food was good enough. The pretzel is absurd, huge! Irish stew was dark looking and tasting. Looked like an old Irish pub but was missing the elders and such.

Food has significantly declined in quality. Service can be hilariously poor, to the point you are just abandoned at your table. We won't be back unless management or ownership changes.

Came in on a Saturday night because it was a bit quieter than the nearby bars that were flogged with drunk college students. Turns out that the bartenders were also drunk college students. The girl who served me was so hammered that she forgot to charge me for my drinks. Both girls were visibly very drunk, slurring their words, and could barely stand up straight. The girl who served me also had a weird attitude and told me my drink was “basic” and at 11pm or so, she started capping all the bottles and breaking down the bar (there were a couple other people in there that left as she started cleaning up) so I asked her what time they close, and she told me she can close the bar whenever she wants. I also heard both of the bartenders bragging about not getting in trouble with their boss, and said “what are they gonna do, fire us?” Totally unhinged behavior and super unprofessional.
