Doing a job close by 2 weeks back in the middle of the morning. I was excited to see a Dunkin close by and stopped for a dark coffee. I love their coffee. Was surprised it did not feel hot in my hand after watching him fill it. Got to the car and it wasn't just not hot it was barely luke warm and terrible. Should have went back but in a hurry. Not sure how that could even happen but big disappointment.

Don't even bother trying to place an in person order you will be ignored at the counter for 20+ minutes as the endless mobile orders pile up and take priority over you. Don't blame the employees so much as the business model but not worth the wait for low quality

This Dunkin is really a fun little novelty downtown, the outside has a really fun eccentric midcentury vibe which juxtaposes the really nice modern interior. They are a really small location but manage to work through everyone pretty quick with decent quality.

They always put donuts in a bag altogether and they just stick to each other and the paper bag. Could've put em in a box so they are nice.

I ordered a cold brew online (prepaid) to pick up between my classes. I get there and I'm told they're out of cold brew and they offer to make me a different drink. I say no, since I'll be late to class. I later call them repeatedly to ask for a refund with no answer. I go in to get a refund and I have to explain three times to the cashier that I DONT want a new drink, I want a refund. She gets all of my information and then says that she can't do it without her manager and to come back tomorrow. Very frustrating.
