I went to buy a coffee at 1 p.m. There were seven people waiting for their orders inside, and a line of 6 or 7 cars waiting in the drive-through. What a SNAFU! I left and got coffee elsewhere.

Crumbs on the tables, food was cold and looked like it was thrown directly from a plastic bag into a to go bag. Employees did not welcome anyone in or interact with any costumers, they instead cackled very loudly and ignored people in the store.

Worker (Zoe) was rude for no reason. Went to check if the order was ours and she snapped at us. Then when the order came all the hash browns were spilled at the bottom of the bag.. coincidence? If you can’t keep yourself together working at a Dunkin’ Donuts Gooooodluck!

my coffee was good, but what is this “bagel with cream cheese”. It looks like someone literally licked the cream cheese off, not a respectful schmear. Btw I came in around noon on thursday march 13th.
I'm Hispanic and the two Caucasian cashiers that were there paid no mind to me and my daughter when we walked in but later on when three Caucasian men came in they went and took care of them I had to put my order in through the kiosk . But the cashiers took care of the three men personally . My order was given to me and I was told that I would have to reorder and pay again . so I just got my coffee and donut and left

Everytime I come in to pick up my coffee or wraps a few times a week, it's ready as long as I order on the app before I leave my house 5min down the road.
The drive thru can take WAY too long as it's busy almost everytime I go (unless it's like 5am) but doing PU in store has helped and staff has always been friendly!
