I was just passing through this city and specifically stopped to get a Firehouse sub. We don't have it where I live anymore and I remember how great it was. The food was fresh. The meatball is the best. Bathrooms weren't very clean though. Other than that, great food

The Firehouse crew acts like they would rather be anywhere else than work.
No greeting when you enter.
Asked a couple questions first time trying Firehouse. Question and request fell on deaf ears.

There’s a man with a ginger beard and ginger hair. He wears glasses who works there who I’m assuming is the manager who pretentiously came and told me that my order wasn’t gonna be ready for another 50 minutes because they’ve chosen to just take the receipt and push it to the side because it was a larger order of 14 sandwiches. I went in on the Fourth of July and they had a moderately busy restaurant with five people working and yet one of the workers walked from behind the counter and went out and was just sitting and drinking a drink when they had a full restaurant they all looked oblivious like they’ve never worked a day in their lives. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service
Tiny sandwich with almost no meat for $7. The order took over 30 minutes with 4 employees. When we asked about it the manager was super rude.
