“I'm not sure why this page is full of tech and finance reviews. Hopefully mine will actually help people who are curious about this Iowa City gem. Molly's catered a small cake and a large number of cupcakes for my mid-sized wedding. Sour stuff first: Complaints (none large enough to warrant less than a five-star review): 1) They didn’t keep a record of our deposit. This seemed unprofessional and disorganized. Luckily, I was able to provide proof of the transaction, and then they “found” it (and didn’t make us pay again). 2) The cake appeared hastily decorated and put together. It did not have the details of the design we had discussed, and the food coloring in the frosting was streaky and not completely mixed. It was still delicious, but disappointing because the main purpose of the cake was for the cutting photos! 3) We had a miscommunication about when we needed the cake delivered. Molly’s was able to get it to us in time, but it sure gave us a scare. Ultimately, delicious cake and cupcakes. Our wedding guests were happy, and, to our knowledge, no one with allergies or sensitivities had any negative impacts. Their ability to accommodate dietary restrictions was one of the reasons we chose Molly’s. Their gluten-free cupcakes are genuinely some of the best. Due to a planning/ordering error on our part, we overlooked our need for a singular egg-free cupcake. Molly’s kindly hand-delivered said solitary cupcake when we frantically called to ask for a remedy. This sort of kindness is some of the best customer service around and more than makes up for the hiccups we had with the process.“

“Not only is their food really tasty and quick, when I ordered uber eats from them, they drew really cute little faces on my to go containers and left a big thank you note on the bag. It really made my day! Thank you guys, keep being awesome :)“

“My husband and I decided to try Naomi’s Kitchen because dinner was always a hassle in the evenings. With a 7 mo old, two dogs and both of us working, we decided it was time to start outsourcing some things! We are 3 meals in and are SOLD! The meals are delicious, easy to heat and the staff is so kind. I can NOT recommend this service enough.“

“Excellent customer service. They accidentally gave me an 8 inch instead of 10 inch and I had to wait no more than 5 minutes for them to decorate a new one for me but they still offered me a free bundtlette for waiting 💙“

“Noodles and Company is a great spot for lunch or dinner. My original review reported that they have lots of vegetarian options. On my recent trip, however, I discovered that many of the originally vegetarian dishes now contain chicken. Presumably, you could ask them to remove the chicken, although I doubt the price would drop to reflect that. There are also optionsade with zucchini noodles ("zoodles"). They have several types of mac and cheese as well as an "asian noodles" selection.

Vegetarian options: There are a good number of vegetarian dishes available. I haven't eaten here for several years, and I remember the menu as being all vegetarian with the option to add meat. Now the menu is a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.“
