Went to Harry’s today for the first time visiting our college kid and the wait time for food was unacceptable. It was after 2pm on a Sunday and it was not busy. We were told to seat ourselves. Waitress was friendly and apologetic, but after 45 minutes of just appetizers and no food our kid had to leave for work. We asked a different waitress that we needed our food boxed up to go now. Since opening, Harry's has become a go-to brunch spot and anytime meal spot for myself and my friends. Their menu is extensive and breakfast is served all day -- always worth trying the Huevos Epsteinos, which is my personal favorite.
Their staff has always been pleasant and attentive, even on busy days, and you can tell they struggle with retaining staff, which is not uncommon in a college town. Still something I hope they can resolve, since it can impact the experience.
