Thanks Landon for fast and friendly service. It's been a long time since I had jamba juice. The razzmatazz is delicious as I remember. I got an energy shot. I need it. Place was a bit dirty when I walked in but he's cleaning it as I sit here typing this review so I'm going to up the atmosphere to 4 stars as opposed to the 3 I was going to give it.

Stopped here after a long day and it was just what I needed. My sandwich was amazing; very flavorful and satisfying. The PB Moo'd shake tastes almost like a Reeses peanut butter cup.
My only complaint is the distance. I wish we had a Jamba Juice in Des Moines!

We drove 3 hrs from sac City Iowa for Jamba juice. This was for our 26 th anniversary got there at 220 on June 21 they were closed worker came to the door stating they are not a part of Jamba juice franchise. But on Google states open tell 7 and updated info 11 days ago . needless to say not happy!

This store today (21June2024) decided to close at 2 PM without notice. The employee who was spoken to at 220 PM stated that they “are their own franchise.” If this is the case, maybe make sure that all your signage and webpages reflect this. Also, 1 dollar smoothies between 3&6 today is not possible when your business is closed and you “dont have to honor this as your own franchise.” Jamba corporate has been emailed about this as well. Thanks for nothing.

I wouldn’t recommend stopping here on a time crunch when the line is long. The drive thru service took 25 minutes. I ordered one western beagle. The drive through workers are nice and the food is good.

I hope this place is shut down. I came here once and no one helped at drive thru. I came a month later and the place was locked up. If this establishment is seriously in business they need to be shut down. This falls on the corporate too.
they have open on there website multiple times and whenever I show up the place isn’t even open. Terrible company can’t even update the website shows poor leadership.

Their service is poor. It takes way too long to get any thing here. I could get a nice steak dinner at a sit down restaurant on a busy Saturday night than a simple smoothie and bagel on a Tuesday morning at this place. The steak would probably be cheaper too.

This was my first time here and I’ve been really wanting to try their açaí bowls but when we go to order, I was told they didn’t have any fresh fruit, but they could make me a smoothie? Your name is Jamba “juice” and you don’t have fruit? Super disappointed. We didn’t even end up ordering and left. If you’re looking for a great place to get a açaí bowl in Iowa city I recommend Everbowl!!

Takes way too long to get through drive-thru, expensive, messes up orders frequently and lastly overfill cups to the point it is spilling out and then hands it to you in a carrier. Completely covered in smoothies. Will not be back. Of course asked to tip before getting items, which we happily did and still get cups covered in smoothies.
