Ordered a salad last week through Chomp and they left out half of the ingredients I wanted in it and didn't give me any dressing. The lettuce looked wilted, too. Ordered through Door dash a breakfast sandwich today and it's old and greasy like it sat for awhile. It also was on an English muffin instead of a biscuit like I asked for. The Belgian waffle latte flavor tastes like chemicals. My co worker ordered an asiago bagel and they sent a plain one.

I ordered the Mediterranean Salad, and I do not recommend it! The ingredients listed sound delicious. However, what I got was 98% lettuce and barely any olives, feta, quinoa, heart of palm... etc. I got 1 pickled pepper in my large bowl. So basically, I paid for a big bowl of lettuce, drenched in dressing, defeating any attempt of consuming a nutritious/healthy meal. The proportions should be addressed here. I discarded it after a few bites. After being thoroughly disappointed in my salad, I decided to try soup. What they have listed on their website is not what was available in person. Not to mention that when I finally sat down a second time to eat my soup, they did not provide me with a spoon. By that time, it was time to go back to work.... I will say their menu options did look promising and diverse, and I will probably give them one more try. Definitely would not do a salad again, but maybe one of the sandwiches.

I’ve ordered salads from here multiple times and the greens always look old and when I order chicken, there’s barely any at all. Very disappointed since these are not cheap salads.

We had Potato Kale Vegetable Soup, Ultraviolet Power Plant Energy drink no super cream and Glow Worm Power Plant Energy drink. Reasonably priced. Excellent service and suggestions as I am lactose intolerant. Clean, attractive place to eat.

My spicy southwest was perfect! I caught this shop when it was just opening and they made me the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had from java house! Thank you ?

I usually really appreciate having the Java house so near to work. But today had to stand and wait nearly 10 minutes for a latte while listening to the barista's talk about whether they were going to call someone out on their behavior and gossip amongst themselves! One of them was even the Supervisor, who simply said they were really busy when I mentioned I waited much longer than usual. I do love their monster cookies and several soups- but today was a bit frustrating. Maybe if they actually looked busy and not just gossiping I would have been more sympathetic!?

I have loved Java House for years. I love the brew bar. They make wonderful mochas. Their bakery produces fantastically delicious things. The thing that makes me sad is that I’m now in Omaha and there is NO Java House here!
