Three stars because it's a Jimmy John's... not exactly gourmet eats regardless of location. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they got them out in a timely fashion. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich for my kiddo and the employees remade it, no charge. By doing so they prevented a huge melt down. So for that reason, this Jimmy John's is ok in my book ?
Sandwiches were great, but that’s not the important part. We have a family member in ICU at UIH. After the Hawkeye game, while traffic was a total disaster, an amazing superhero from this store delivered our subs by bike. Oh, did i mention in under an hour! Thank you!
Rated 4 stars because I like Jimmy John's personally. The food is exactly what you would expect - fresh, and if you're me a little bit over $10 with drink and chips every time. This Jimmy John's is remarkably consistent in its good-enough-to-keep-coming-back food, which would usually put it at a 3 for me, but the people who work here are friendly, even though I don't know them personally, which makes this Jimmy experience 4/5.
