Ordered last night for delivery. After an hour an 20 mins, two phone calls, LOTS of attitude from whomever answered the phone (1 driver and 9 orders, was the excuse). So much for freaky good freaky fast. Did I mention LOTS of attitude from the phone answer dude? Firehouse is it from here on out

Moving on to a different sub shop like Firehouse because it tastes better. Also they screwed my in-person take-out order up and couldn't refund even when I went back in person the next day. Gave my contact information for a manager to get back to me and have been patiently waiting for a call back for weeks. Taking my business elsewhere...... Awesome little spot, kinda out of place, but we have no complaints about it. Food prepared exceptionally fast with fresh products. The workers there cool and down to earth. Ill definitely go back there when in the area and craving the jimmy.

I have been going there getting the same sandwich for the past two years. One day on a friday they were busy and messed my order up called and expressed myself, the old sorry but not sorry was given. Tried the following Friday again messed up this time it was worse. I feel like they gave me the finger...will not be ordering nomore

This store NEVER gets my order correct. I keep asking myself why I keep going back. I pay the extra charge for add ons and then don't get them. Be sure to check your order before you leave folks!

Terrible experience, don't bring your children to this location. Walked in the store, and the employees were blaring music with loads of swearing. They did not turn down the music after we walked in, nor did they say anything to us at all as we were looking at the menu. Me and my wife walked out of the store. We'll take our business elsewhere.

I was on the east coast and every Jimmy John’s has gluten free sub rolls so I could have a sandwich. I have Celiac’s disease, so this isn’t a choice for me. Then I discover that no locations in my area have gluten free. It’s so disappointing that some have it and some don’t. And cost cannot be the reason because everywhere we went, it was an additional $2.25 for the gluten free roll, but I was happy to pay it, to be able to have a sandwich. Wish more businesses would realize how hard it is for people like me to eat out. And how easy it would be for them to have gluten free options.

I walked in and walked out with my food in 3 minutes, if that. I was super impressed!
This place is alright. Minimal seating since they’ve got half their seating area blocked off. The staff was insanely loud and more interested in joking with each other than making my sandwich. Then I got an alright sandwich without much meat compared to other locations.
