Slow and disengaged employees. No one else was in the store and they still managed to make my sandwich wrong and didn't put it up to the pickup shelf when it was done, I had to tell them that I had an order back there.
I ordered extra mayo and they didn't put it on, then when I asked for packets they only gave me two, one of which didnt open so I had to go up there and ask for more again...
I mean whatever but Jimmy Johns is supposed to be fast and on point, not slow and wrong.
Also the bread was stale. I want my money back.

The workers at this location are rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful to every customer that walks through the doors. The drive through workers are incredibly unhelpful for questions or requests. I am disappointed every time I go to this location because of the staff. Unbelievable!

Employee was very rude and unhelpful. Literally told me they were out of bread and then was rude while I tried to figure out my order. Usually employees at this location are friendly but they were awful today. All the employees are literally standing around on their phones and the manager on duty is in sweats. They said they were out of white bread but the employees were handling bread dough without gloves in between being on their phones.

Been going here regularly on Mondays for over a year after getting allergy shots next door. Seems like the place is declining a bit……I’ve noticed a pattern of unclean tables and an unclean men’s room…..and this is at 12:15 pm. One of the women behind the counter is a loudmouth and has been rude to me in the past. Glad my shots are nearly done, so I can take a break from eating here. And for the love of God, turn the damned music down!!!!!! Absurdly loud the last several times I’ve been there.

My colleague mistakenly asked for a foot long sub. The lady at the window rudely made it known they don't have foot long subs. It was late, and she probably hears the all day long from customers. Not a reason to take it out on your paying customers! $$$$ Very expensive sandwiches. Nearly 20 dollars for a 16 inch sub. Nope. Not a foot long!! We got a #9 , and it was delish!
I should have checked the reviews before going. Sign on the door said the inside was closed due to rain. Huh?? Tried the drive through, but cash only. Really? I gave up ?
