KFC has the best chicken of any fast food restaurant I've tried. I also love their crispy french fries. There aren't any vegetarian options, however.
Each meal used to come with specific sides, and they often got it wrong if you changed them. But now they ask you to choose your side(s), so they give you what you ordered.
Vegetarian options: There really aren't any vegetarian options other than side dishes.

The wait time for Original flavored chicken was an hour when I got it. And the customer service was just there, no defined queue management.

I can't even rate the food because I haven't gotten it yet. What I can rate is the customer service of Mike and Heidi. I called about a very large order and asked if I could pick it up AFTER they close since it's for a 3rd shift day. Mike called Heidi (who is apparently going to be the manager when they close) she agreed to stay late specifically for this order. I can't express how happy I am to find someone besides a pizza place that I can order from and actually not have cold food by the time the crew gets to break. Will be stopping in here more often.

I ordered 16 pcs of chicken and got 11. It was a to go order and I drove home and I didn’t realize until the next day they had shorted me almost half the chicken I paid for. I called them and they said they would seed a coupon for the rest and I never got it. This was a good place to eat but not anymore. The prices are horrible and then you only get half of what you order.

7/16/24 I was a long time customer going back to my college days. However, that has ended after my last visit. I waited inside after going through drive thru where it was a 4 minute wait to waiting inside for over 45 minutes. I never seen it like that where they didn't have any chicken just after 6pm. An individual that prepared my food raised their voice and displayed a continued attitude. I hadn't planned on being there that long. After preparing my food, the staff worker with all kinds of negative body language tosses my to go food on the counter and abruptly walked away. At that point I had had enough. I got my money back. I'm not if anything was done about that worker. I didn't have to eat their food aa there are other places. Why have workers like that there? Anyway that will be my last time there. Sad after all those years and strangely enough the customer service was going on a decline and that did it for me.
8 people working, only 2 actually doing anything. Interesting business model.

really the service is terrible I always come because I love KFC but the service is so bad that one day we ordered to eat in the place and it took 30 minutes and another day I ordered it to go and it took 45 minutes they had 8 people behind working and the The answer from the person in front was that it didn't even have chicken. Just now I just passed by in true drive and the same girl tells me to wait in the parking lot because it doesn't have chicken and the worst thing is that the doors are already closed. He has more orders but they have me waiting right now
