We hired Mammitas for Mexican catering at our wedding, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, and well presented.
Beyond the food, the team was incredibly professional and kind. They were punctual, organized, and handled everything smoothly, which helped me enjoy my day without stress. Highly recommend!
Waited over 30 minuets for 3 coffees. They could’ve told me it would be a 30 minuet wait before ordering. On top of it one of the baristas walked in 20 mins after we ordered, can’t help but think they were waiting on her to make the drinks. Lastly charged me for 4 drinks instead of 3. Said he would refund me but I haven’t seen it post yet. This happened June 21st.
Small but amazing. Tasty cubanos, flan, and horchata. Definitely recommend!
Takes you out of Iowa City. So cozy and hospitable. You can feel the love put into the space. The food was delicous too and Jackie was so kind. We will definitely be back.
My new favorite place, amazing horchata coffee. Food is so good as well, everything on the menu is perfect and service is unmatched.
They have the best pork sandwich in Iowa City-Coralville. The dulce de leche is awesome! They also have a patio.
Mammitas Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite newer spots in Iowa City! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a local gem where both the food and drinks are made with love, definitely check them out. I especially love their chicken burritos, and the horchata is a solid choice!
Amazing place to eat. Staff was friendly, food came out in a timely manner and was delicious, espresso was very tasty. Highly recommended!
Best Cuban Sandwich I’ve ever had! Horchata is amazing and the atmosphere is warm and inviting! I love this place!!

Very limited seating but interesting offerings - tacos and burritos are great. The mango smoothie is heavenly. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good lunch option to check out.

Very unique and friendly little coffee pastry and food with Mexican vibe. Very busy when we stopped. Choices for coffee drinks where not typical but was easy to understand. The smells from the kitchen where very good. We ordered Mexican influenced drinks and breakfast burritos. Sitting inside was limited so we chose outside. Several unique areas to sit outside and didn't feel like we where downtown Iowa City. The burritos where filled with fresh flavor rich ingredients. Delicious. The coffee drinks where not at the level of the food. Was alittle disappointed. Maybe an off day for coffee. Definitely worth stopping by and trying the food. Loved the outdoor seating.
