Consistently this has been the best mcdonalds in the area, they are quick, don't leave out any items, and the food tastes fresh (for a mcd). I don't know who owns/runs it but they are doing a great job at boosting the mcdonalds brand.

Such a terrible experience. Normally their lobby is over 24 hours to come inside and order. So me and my friends (5) come inside to place an ordering ; thinking it would be easier since we are all paying separately. So we walk in an employee tells us they’re only accepting mobile orders, and we may sit and order it. A moment later the manager yells at us from the fry station and tells us to get out because their lobby is closed. Obviously not hearing her clearly because she’s yelling from a distance, then another lady yells from her station telling us to get out their lobby is closed. I explain to them 1. We can’t hear what y’all saying 2. The employee told us we can sit at the table to make the order. Then the manager Turns to her employee and start yelling in her face “ now why would you tell them to sit and do anything..” like totally all uncalled for. She could’ve just walked to us and explained the situation as the manager not yell at us like we her children. Very disappointed. And I didn’t appreciate the way we were treated at all.
I work there and I can say that it is the cleanest mcdonald's in all of iowa city

The night shift at this Establishment is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever seen behind the counter of a McDonald's. They're rude, loud and one specific worker could be seen on her cell phone.

Ok I usually don't review fast food places but come on. I ordered a large drink and they only fill it up this much! And my food was cold like it's been sitting there for a half an hour. Even Burger King does better than this
