Let me just say this is the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. My nuggets have never once been cold my sprite has always been crispy and my fries are ALWAYS perfect. I’m heartbroken I’m moving to Cedar Rapids and can’t experience the heaven that is this Mc Donald’s.

Food was good. But the facility isn’t the cleanest. Then you have to ask for a refill because the machine is off. So I had to sit there and wait for a long time just to get a drink refill. Not very convenient. Definitely won’t be going here again

Always a hit or miss. I get parked for almost every drive thru transaction and lately I keep getting handed the wrong order. Can’t complain about food quality though when it is the correct order.

Went through Drive-through to get 2 Iced Lattes. Paid almost $10.00. Was asked to pull around to wait. Waited over 10 minutes. My son finally went inside to see if there was a problem. The person told him "they forgot".
On top of countless doordash orders with food missing and drive thru orders with food missing... Tonight's instance was the end for us. Will be going to a different location from now on and hope for better experiences.
Tonight's situation..... Ordered a mobile order for curbside pick up. Got food home, was missing a 20pc nugget & 3 large fries. Called the store to complain... Guy on the phone was super nice, asked if I could come by tonight again or tomorrow, I said I'd come right back. He told me to go through the drive thru and tell them I talked to someone on the phone. I did as he said, drive thru said "pull to second window, we'll take care of you there". I get to the window and the guy immediately hands me a bag and I think to myself 'wow that was fast, maybe he had it sitting ready for me'. I check the bag, because I was skeptical... I said no, I'm sorry this isn't ours. He rolled his eyes. I said "I just called and talked to someone about missing food from my mobile order" and handed the bag back. He got really aggravated and said "well that should've been the first thing you said. Because I know I didn't talk to you!" Walked away. Came back and asked what I needed, I said a 20pc nugget and 3 large fries. He walked away and came back with a bag. I checked the bag, he shut the window... I only had the nuggets. I just pulled away. At this point, it's over an hour past when my kids should've ate dinner, I'm sick so I wanted to have an easy dinner night, and the guy was rude so I didn't want to deal with him again. Came home, just to realize half of what we got the first time was wrong (sandwich had items/removed items that shouldn't be there, shakes were incorrect, fish sandwich was hard and inedible). Pretty much $60 worth of food down the drain. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Awful. Disgustingly dirty behind the counter. The staff is rude. You have to order on this kiosk and then stand at the counter to pay. The counter doesn’t have an employee watching it so be ready to call someone over after waiting for five minutes to pay and then Get a nasty glare from the employee. I will not go back.
