Food is delicious but be prepared for a long wait. This is of no fault of the workers because Nodo is so popular that they can't keep up with the orders. It does make me wonder whether they would benefit from more cooks/cashiers so it doesn't take around half an hour for a sandwich and fries, though. I would still highly recommend! It's worth the wait if you have time.

The Nodo Steak sandwich is my favorite food in the entire world. Nodo is an Iowa City staple, for good reason. Nodo, and each of its employees, DOES IT RIGHT! The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The employees prepare everything as fast as possible. The atmosphere is so comfortable, and the upstairs is so relaxing. Anything I try here (from random fresh baked cookies to fruity lemonades) is fantastic. Nodo never misses. I love everything about this place. 1000% would recommend.

I freakin love Nodo! Always have. It is quaint and small, but mighty. The food is homemade and delicious. The salmon patty is sooo good and the fries with garlic aioli is even better. The fries are a must while visiting. Prices are really good too!

The art and music is a good addition to the atmosphere, and the food is great. The only issue was that the cashier was unaccommodating and rude.

this is one of my new fav spots in iowa city! tucked away in the middle of downtown, not crowded, good variety of menu and drinks, and had an upstairs with a more quiet seating area (away from the kitchen and entry). i came here craving comfort food and was more than pleased with the vibey and calm

Awful wait. Odered online, pick time delayed for 30 minutes after we ordered. Then when we showed up at pickup time, they have not even started to make the sandwiches. Another wait. The orange juice they serve was straight from Costco bottle.

Went for the first time and excited to go back. I had their current special wrap, butternut squash, to which I added chicken. Also had a mimosa and a cobra Verde (ginger/green coffee energy drink). You should bring a book, sit upstairs, and listen to the Lo-Fi while admiring some interesting art pieces.

Bit crowded inside when you order but the outside seating area is really cute and nice to eat at. The turkey cranberry wrap was really good just a bit too much spinach/greens for me but I just took some out. The staff seemed really friendly also. Will be coming back to try more sandwiches/wraps!
