Came in for a burrito and just wasn’t the best experience. I came in and the 2 lady’s at the counter clearly didn’t know I speak Spanish and let’s just say they had a lot to say about me for no reason. Burrito was thing and barely given a half scoop. Came in just wow. Restaurant itself looked clean but the food and the people are not worth the time

Came to get something after work
The manager lady poala was not wanting to listen or help
Sounded like she was getting mad at me for having asked her for extra corn or salsa
When she did she just dumped the water and lil corn left in a container instead of getting a new one and giving me more
She didn't even put that much on
If that's how they train there managers no wonder there coworkers are just as disrespectful
One guy was walking with his gloves on and phone in hand on the line

I love Pancheros, truly I do, it's an Iowa City original. However, something needs to be done to limit online orders or the franchise needs to prioritize in-person ordering. I have a simple order, chicken quesadilla and a side tortilla. I cannot count how many times my tortilla has been nabbed for an online order or my quesadilla been neglected on the grill in favor of other orders. Today I walked out the door when, after asking for my quesadilla to be taken off the grill, it was flipped (for the fourth time) and ignored again in favor of online and even other in-person orders. Maybe I just need to start ordering online.
