I am an Uber or DoorDash driver. I always go to this place to order from them. It is always crowded. Their food is great and the workers are very nice and respectful.

Most expensive appetizer of my life. Unreasonable prices for such little food. Food quality is pretty poor as well. Nice workers but I was overcharged I’m pretty sure. Seats were sticky.

We ordered food for our team and when we got there to pick it up, they were out of half of the stuff we ordered. The adjusted our order without saying anything to us. They didn’t refund us for the missing food, nor did they make any attempts to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed!

Food portions were small. Cool the tortilla is fresh but doesn't counter the fact that double meat is just two scoops of meat. Chipotle and Salsarita's, for example, use two scoops for normal servings. There's a Chipotle across the street...

This was by far the most poorly built burrito in my personal history. It was soggy, dripping, loosely wrapped and not mixed inside. Also, the chips were stale.

I do NOT recommend this place at all — my first and only time there, the employees were making fun of me to one another in Spanish for being unsure how the ordering process worked, and I understood. I’m new to the area, and I am guessing there aren’t a lot of white folks who speak Spanish around so maybe this is more customary here than where I’m from, but I felt very unwelcome and will not be returning to this location or any others.

It was stormy, almost 9pm, and I was hungry in the middle of downtown after my workout. The burrito was satisfactory and eased my cravings. Employees were meh, but I can’t blame them because it was raining at night so they probably weren’t expecting many customers, which I get as someone who also has experience in food service.

I go there quite everyday to get my burrito. They have good attendance, great service but eating at the place can be embarrassing, someone can randomly come asking you for money or something to eat

Came here for a quesadilla, everything was great. I love the tortillas they use here.
Everything about my experience was amazing aside for one critical thing.
The employees at this location speak very little english.
In the past, I've ordered my quesadilla and had them go through and ask if I want anything inside of it (usually some veggies). This time the lady put chicken, cheese, folded it up and put it on a plate without so much as a glance at me.
I'm not the type to complain, and I didn't want them to have to remake it. I just think it's fairly important in food service, especially at a restaurant like this, to be able to understand the customers orders to properly prepare their food.

I don't think I'm crazy for thinking a chicken and cheese quesadilla is a little bland, especially for nearly 8 dollars.

Everything else was flawless, clean, and I WANT to like this place. But the service is ridiculous. I'm being EXTREMELY generous giving 3/5 given the other reviews in here stating the same things.

Figure it out and get a grip on this place.

Bathroom smells like pee and perpetual BO. Granted it's by the College but not very classy.

Subsequently, my order was just put in a bag rather than a wrap or bowl.

Ordered through door dash, asked for no rice and ended up having rice in burrito. How hard is it to not put something in an order? Door dash offers a $3 credit when it should be the store doing a refund or replacement.

I ordered catering for a large corporate event and couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service and communication.

Their GM, Marco, could not have provided better service.
