Went to purchase food through drive thru for lunch today , then went inside because they forgot my utensils , Manager in black was very aggressive with me and yelled across the store when my son tried to get some water. Re training needs to done to this store. I come here for the food no for the attitude.

The wait time was not bad at all, right when I pulled up I was almost instantly asked what I would like to order. I got orange chicken, firecracker shrimp, and chow mein. The orange chicken, and chow mein was great as usual. But was disappointed by the shrimp. There wasn’t very many pieces of shrimp in the plate I ordered and way too many vegetables. The green beans weren’t cooked the greatest or else I would’ve loved having that big amount of them as I love green beans. The green beans should’ve been cooked longer and there should’ve been a bigger ratio of shrimp compared to the vegetables with it. Other than that no complaints from me.

horrible horrible experience! the atmosphere was so uninviting and the customer service was not good. dont go here unless you want to feel attacked. this one latina older woman was aggressive and mean to me and my sister for no reason! (i’m latina do i can say this). it takes a lot for me to even write a review but this was such a bad experience i felt no choice but to let others know.

My daughter and I we're in the area and found Panda Express. We got some lunch here. We missed Panda Express and don't have one out in Burlington. Where we used to live, there are a few. Seeing Panda Express was cool because it reminded us of home.

Just blah. Orange chicken is not very orangey, more savory and a little spicy. The chicken egg roll was just bitter cabbage tasting. The crab ragoons are ok, I prefer sweeter ones though. And the sweet and sour sauce is more sour than sweet.Overall a let down considering the rave reviews from friends and coworkers. I won't be back.

I never seem to get all my food I pay for n normally I wouldn't leave a review but this last time the guy asked me 3 times how many egg rolls I said I wanted n I understand it's hard to hear sometimes especially when it's a bit busy but I said 2 egg rolls 3 times and crab rangoons and that's all I was getting n I get my bag n I go n when I'm home I only have 1 egg roll n paid for 2. Tbh I understand stuff happens but it's been so consistent lately n I don't want to make there day harder by complaining or going back through the drive through to get my 2nd egg roll I paid for so I just took the L but I just hope they get the help in there they need.
