Bread was very hard. Deli style sliced turkey had no flavor whatsoever. And whatever sauce was used couldn't taste. Plus anyplace that asks for a tip when I'm doing the serving just be crazy. Plus before I forget, the chocolate crossiant should have been thrown out way before I tried it. Overall a horrible

The staff at this Panera is the best.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves paneraWheelchair accessibility: The main doors are not automatic but there is a mall entrance only a few feet away that has push button auto doors.

Ordered no peppers on my sandwich they were covered with peppers … half the cheese wasn’t even cooked and the chicken was cold on the sandwich don’t feel like they paid a lot of attention when making the sandwich
Walked in on 1-3-24 at 3:25 a girl with red hair look at me turned to talk to another employee. I stood there another 20 seconds with no service, while she started some else......left...wow!!!Manager needs to retrain the staff.

I mostly come for drinks but they definitely need to add a self ordering kiosk like the other two Panera locations in the area. The line moves very slowly sometimes especially when I'm only there to order a fountain

Usually all good but for my to go order they gave me 1 wrong item instead of what I ordered, gave us half sandwiches instead of whole and forgot another item. My fault for not checking when I picked up the order. Kind expensive to get that stuff wrong. I still think they have good food. Stuff happens...
