Apart from being my favorite pizza, this place has nice staff at least when I’ve been there. I’m a door dash driver and was picking up an order for a client and saw that they had pizza slices for sale and wanted to buy one. One of the girls told the cashier to give it to me . What a nice gesture.

You know if you guys would get free delivery instead of charging for delivery and then adding the tip to the delivery charge I would be willing to pay the delivery driver a larger tip but when you add the delivery charge the prepaid tip that you add to the bill and the money I give him at the door and he doesn't get it all. You should give free delivery so we can tip the delivery driver more but you're charging me with my tip plus the prepaid tip and the delivery charge almost $11 the driver should get all this

This store is by far the most consistent fast food place I’ve ever frequented. I have almost never had an issue with my order, the food is very consistent and delivery is always super fast (and I live 10 min away, not next door). I rarely pick up my orders but the few times I have, the crew working has been super friendly and seemed happy to be there.

Asked for water cups and the cashier charged us $2.79 EACH for full drinks, didn't even ask us. Horrible customer service. The menu also doesn't have any prices listed and the receipts aren't itemized, so I had to look up an online order to find out that I was significantly overcharged.

Just had a NY style pizza and breadsticks delivered from the Iowa City store. It was perfection. Fast, hot, and quality. Haven't had a fast food pizza this good... ever. Highly recommend for delicious pizza and an affordable price. Customer service with Kasey was also excellent. Usually don't leave reviews, but a lot of times people only leave reviews to complain. We wanted to leave a good one because they earned it!

It was very good. Just a little disappointed that I didn't get any of the peppers. With the pizza and the brownies are super moist they fall apart.

I hate to say it, but it is the worst pizza. I think I've ever eaten. They also got the online order incorrect. It was online so you would think that would help. The crust was bad, meatballs are gross. But Papa Dia was incorrect, but it was decent.

Took 6 different employees avoiding the front to HAND me my prepaid pizza. I ordered the parmesan crust, but was given a regular thin crust. I went back in and showed them the mistake. I was told I was incorrect even though it was very evident. Blandest rip-off of a $14 pizza I’ve ever received. I will be walking the extra 2 miles to Dominos for better pizza, prices, and service! Never returning.

Ordered three pizzas and some wings, total was over $60 (would have been $70 but I had rewards). An hour and a half later the app said it was delivered but we didn’t get it. I called the store and they said the number they called wasn’t correct so they took it back to the store. I corrected the number and the delivery person said they would bring it back to us. I said the pizzas will be cold by that time but he insisted they wouldn’t be because of the insulated bag. Half an hour later he arrived. Of course, the food was all cold. Very disappointing. Also, it seems Papa John’s prices are rising while the amount of toppings is decreasing. Paying premium prices for unflavored bread with a little cheese. I think we will choose somewhere else from now on.
