Amazing upscale diner with signature cocktails, great contemporary music, and friendly waitstaff. Sit at the bar and watch the kitchen crew at work. They are always friendly (if harried) and willing to answer any questions you might have

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic- five stars for the Pullman Burger, Hot Chile Chicken, amazing hand cut fries, and the side salad with a light and fresh vinaigrette - The restaurant is long and narrow, so the Pullman theme/ luxury train car vibe is unique and clever. We sat at the bar near the open kitchen area, so it wasn't really a quiet/intimate setting -that may be very different if you're seated at the tables near the front of the restaurant.

Their fried rice is really good but they don’t know how to make a sandwich. The so-called “happy hour” ramen is overpriced.

We were driving through on our way to Chicago from Kansas City and stopped here for a late lunch.
Everything was great, the burger, the spicy chicken sandwich, and the breakfast sandwich. The fries were phenomenal and so was the bacon on the sandwich. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was great.

We love the outdoor seating, but that was about the only enjoyable thing. Both of us had horrible lunches and we’re up charged for every little tiny detail. My uncle asked for a close sandwich and they charged him two dollars for a slice of bread. We left starving and had to go out to lunch again. They asked me if I wanted avocado with my salad and I said yes. They also charge me two dollars for a tiny slice of avocado.
The salad was more like an appetizer than an entrée.
We were both overwhelmingly disappointed with our Pullman experience
Will not go back

Great place to grab a bite to eat. The menu has classics and unique options. Great drink menu as well. The service was friendly and welcoming. Overall a wonderful dining experience.

My all time guilty pleasure is authentic “Biscuits & Gravy” that is cooked to perfection. Pullman did that! The biscuits were fluffy, the gravy met the butter and flour to emulsify a delicious taste of southern comfort. The easy over egg and the well portioned chicken breast added additional flavor that was top notch delicious. The menu offers creative options in this casual trendy environment. My only concern is spacing for those who are wheel chair bound and as I sit along the front window making sure the window sill is clear of dead flies — maybe a casual quality control check before seating guests — other than the menu selection being above average, and a surprise convenience fee added to my bill — the meal was one that I would order again and again simply delicious.

The burger was overwhelmingly salty, the blonde waitress was quite rude, and the music was uncomfortably loud. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience—I’ve never been to a place like that before.

I absolutely despise there is no reservation options. It doesn’t make any sense that reservations would not be taken. The wait in line thing is awful. You have to sit outside awkwardly for half an hour. Great restaurant but the wait sucks.

I ordered the much-acclaimed breakfast tacos, but I also wanted a little sweet with my savory, so I got the coffee cake. It was delicious, with the perfect texture. If people skip it thinking it's "just" coffee cake, they're missing out.

MMMMmmm is all I can say. Breakfast lunch and dinner have never failed me here. Tried scotch first time ever here and it HIT. I can always count on a good meal here to make me feel good. Not overpriced.

The restaurant and food was delicious but the options are limited for those that don't eat pork.
