Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This is the worst canes ever. It’s hard to come to this canes without running into some type of issue, whether it be soggy toast, cold fries, or small tenders. It’s not so much the issues with food that cause me to complain, though. It’s the employees reaction when you ask them to fix their mistakes. When you say the fries are cold, the cook will look at you like you personally insulted them, and then complain to their fellow cook that you can’t please people. Or when you tell them your bread is soggy, the person will come out and say that it happens sometimes, no it really doesn’t. As a former canes employee, the only bread gets soggy is if you don’t cook it long enough, and it’s pretty easy to see when there isn’t a single grill mark. The Iowa city restaurant puts what should be one of the best fast food places to shame.

Mom and dad, if you don't have a Cane's where you live be sure to have your student take you to Cane's chicken in Iowa City. The chicken is crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. The special dipping sauce is just rigjt. The locationis convenient, the store and everything is clean and the service us great. Take in the Canes story and U of I history on the walls. I predict you will want to come back to Cane's on your next visit as well.

Waited over 30 minutes, lost order, never received food.

What a sweet Raising Canes. Hawkeye adornment all over. Food was good, service was on par. TBH we are Husker fans, thank you for welcoming us to your crib

Food was terrific. Staff were friendly and nice. Unfortunately the service was horribly slow. I was there on a Sunday, early evening. Nobody inside but a few of us waiting for our orders.

Place is scheduled to close at 2 am and they would not serve me food mind you it was 1:30 am. It was very unprofessional and the person at the front was not polite.

Food is amazing like always, and the staff is great.
But there was one time I dine in and it was hard to have a conversation because the music was so loud.
