What an absolutely horrible experience. The "barista/manager" was super rude from my first interaction ordering my coffee and food. This continued up at the window. Then she wanted to be surprised when I snapped at her and refused to give me any information to follow up with someone regarding my experience. Worst customer service I have had in a long time!!!!! Terrible experience!!!

Always a good experience. but today I had my QR up for my blended Carmelious and she DIdn'T scan my QR code that was on the counter and was told they can't after they take the money. So I'm frustrated with that.
