I placed an order on the app and it told me it would be ready by 4:45, I went into the store and there were at least 30 people waiting for a drink. The lady working told me she was 30 minutes behind cold drinks. At this point, they should have shut off mobile orders or had more of an accurate time. If it told me it would've taken 30 minutes I would have never stepped foot in the store. I had a class at five and could not wait for my drink... I couldn't get a refund either from the app. I left the store angry, and -7$ without my drink. Safe to say I'm never coming back...

Fifteen minute wait after I ordered and I got a free hair on my latte, massive L. Normally a good location but I had to say something this time. I guess don't go in when they are too busy. Can't believe I left a tip for this.

Back in ye olde days the seats used to be so much more comfortable. They must have chosen the furniture so that whoever sits down to do work leaves sooner due to arthritic pain

Fairly expensive for what you get, coffee is just ok, really not taking time to make it well. Pastry selection is poor and don't look fresh for the price. Small place do can get backed up and will have to wait a while, then search for your purchase among everybody else's which is not very appealing.

A good option for coffee, always good service. Better to take to go, as the seating options are somewhat limited.

This Starbucks has workers who do not care enough about customers to ensure that lids on coffee cups seal so that they don't come off when you are carrying them. The baristas rarely put sleeves on drinks that are not just drip or pour over. On top of that, their brewed coffee is often burnt.

I have been coming to this starbucks since the beginning of the semester and the service is normally not the best, but my drinks are usually made right. Today I had a less than great experience. As a fellow partner, I completely understand that things happen. I normally place my order 20-30 minutes in advance so that it will be ready when I get there. Today, my drink was not there and I figured someone else had likely grabbed it. When I let the barista at the counter know and I showed her my receipt she just said they would make my drink. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes as I watched them continue to make everyone else's drinks. Then I finally hear the barista I had talked to previously say, "Oh, I forgot about that lady's drink." I hear her repeat my order wrong to the barista on bar, but I was running too late to care at this point. When I walked up and asked "Is this the americano?" The girl on the handoff plane says "Uh, yeah." And looks at me like I'm crazy! You guys need to seriously go over basic customer service policies with your crew. Karen moment over.
