Was looking up the nearest Starbucks hoping one was open and google said it was open till 8 got there at 6:56 for them to say it was closed when google clearly said it was open.

These smaller Starbucks branded stores are usually quite good and offer the familiar drinks, foods, and quality one expects from Starbucks. Having a Starbucks in the hotel is convenient. Fast friendly service.

I LOVE STARBUCKS. The coffee is fantastic and the employees are always very nice. Starbucks is definitely overpriced, but I still go there frequently because I love the coffee.

Terrible customer service the other day. They’re usually really good about it, but it was awful.
Love there service, people who work there are great. They keep changing hours of operation and it’s frustrating, I drive over to get coffee and never know when they are going to close.. if you sell three cups of coffee you cover the wages for an hour.. why not stay open at the same times the store is open… it’s really confusing that hyvee is open but you are not… now I have to drive 15 minutes the opposite direction to get coffee..

I want to name 2 people in particular at this location. Hanna and Dakota. They are the hardest working people I've ever met. They are literally always there. Serving everyone with a smile. Thank them every time and tip them well. They deserve it!

Literally first time using yelp and only cause this place has the worst coffee I've ever had. Gas station was better then this place and a 5th of the price someone here needs re trained or they need different employees there were 6 people behind the counter we got multiple drinks and they were all disgusting go to the new built or waterfront hyvee
