I just stopped by to get a coffee ( i am costumer for long time. I just ordered an expresso and add little bit steam milk. The manager ABI was so rude, she responded this is latte. I said I just needed in little cup with small amount milk ( )Macchiato) I don’t care for extra charging just latte has too much milk. You easily can see the size of the cup. Half of this cup get milk . I asked for a packet of sugar, she said you have to wait in line The way she used her power to show me I used to work for hyvee for many years and never treat any costumer this way even it was something not right. I hope someone read this review from upper management
