This is by far the worst Starbucks in Iowa, they constantly ignore customers and have constant excuses. When you arrive you are never greeted and treated as though they don't want your business. You can often spend 5-10 minutes trying to get someones attention, only for them to dismiss you. There are tons of other locations and even better options than this location.

We were one penny short, ONE PENNY, ONE PENNY LOL.We asked if they have a penny so we don't have to break $50 dollars bill. She said no even tip jar was full of pennies. Dear Starbucks employees now you know why are you not getting any tips. It goes both ways. Put some effort. ??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️?. I found it hilarious
This location has an issue with efficiency. 8-9 employees running around and still had to wait over 15 minutes after being told 5-10 min wait. Very frustrating for the customers

We usually order ahead and it's always on time or close. the employees are always pleasant. We've never had an issue with an order. My photo below was a request to put the whipped cream in the middle of the frappuccino instead of on top and the worker did as requested with no issues. My only gripe is that there are so few lights in there that it seems dark (even during the day) and a few times at night we have wondered if they are open.
Parking: Parking lot has ample parking. My only gripe is if there is a long line for the drive through it can make backing out and maneuvering out of the lot difficult so plan accordingly if you can.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two large doors for entry. Best to have someone along with you to get through them. Lots of space indoors and tables to be at.
