This is my go to store to get Subway. The sandwiches are also made perfectly. Not sloppy and falling apart. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

I stopped at this location to grab a sandwich before work, used the driveway thru kiosk to order, and then pulled up to the window.
The three ladies who interacted with me during payment, and the brief conversation about my order, well, they were SO sweet I had to share!
Plus, my sandwich was fresh and delicious!

Doesn't accept coupons. It's not about the money, it's about the principle of expecting one thing and getting something else. Won't be back. Jersey Mike's is just down the road and much better all around.

Placed a mobile order, and waited the 20-minute timer on the app before going inside to pick up my TWO sandwiches, to which I find out haven't even been started. So, while waiting inside, I watch grossly incompetent grown adults goof off and put more effort into avoiding their job than into making TWO sandwiches. In their defense, they had 1 other customer order a single sandwich in this time span, so 3 sandwiches in 40 minutes may have been too much for this Subway to handle.

If you intend on ordering anything more complicated than a PB&J (pushing it), please plan to stand around in agonizing frustration, questioning how a Subway sandwich could possibly be made slower, or, drive to Jersey Mikes and save yourself the migraine.

For the owner - You CAN save face. Clean house, the location is perfect, hire some part-time highschoolers, college students, literally anyone who can pass a basic intelligence test, and this store will thrive. Please be an upstanding member of the community and do us all a HUGE favor and CLEAN HOUSE.

Asked to have my sub toasted, the bread must have been so old because it was crunchy and crumbled when I picked it up. No fountain drinks, the veggies all looked frozen.

I do not order here much because of the errors that are made regularly. Tonight I stopped in a hurry to get dinner. One of my favorites is the steak and cheese. I ordered and headed home. When I opened up and took a bite my meat and cheese were cold right out of fridge. This is supposed to be a hot sandwich. Does no good to call and complain. Check your food before you leave, or go to Jersey Mikes.

Walked in with $10 and a coupon for a foot long for $6.99

Ordered my sandwich at the counter and when it came to check out the cashier informed me they're not accepting coupons.

Promptly walked out... I hope the workers got to enjoy my sandwich.

New owner has chosen to not accept any mailed coupons. Might as well go to Jersey Mikes down the street.

They don't accept coupons and have no signs posted to see this. End up at the register with two foot longs that I should have gotten for 12.99 but had to pay $26. Should be posted if the location isn't accepting. Quite dumb. Won't be back again.

Went into the store to use a coupon that I was mailed and they said they didn't accept coupons, very dishonest and a waste of my time.

For context we were recently mailed a whole flier of coupons and this is the closest subway to us. Workers said they "got new ownership" as the reason for declining coupons.

Best sandwich I’ve ever gotten from a subway I had to leave a review. Whoever was working 7-28-24 around 1pm you deserve a phat raise and hope both sides of your pillow is always cold:)

I have had so pretty bad luck with going to different restaurants and this was on the better side there were kids working but my sandwich was done in 2 mins and everything was right and good I rated it a 4 because two problems the soda was so bad it was basically just carbonated water and it doesn’t matter where you go these kids always hand you the card swiper for a tip and I hate it they we’re getting paid to sit their because no one goes in there and if anything id want to tip the guys that actually make my sandwich not the guy that a machine does half the work for.

Did a timed pick-up order online. The order was ready on arrival. It was placed for 2 sandwiches, the featured new items the churro and the Ft long cookie. It looked like the subs were made with no care. Both subs were not correct and it pretty much fell apart after it was unwrapped. Tried to eat it with a fork but found it was just not enjoyable and tossed both. Moved to the churro and I'm not sure if it is advertised wrong but it was just a plain dough stick. No sugar, Cinnamon or sauce to go with it. It was just a plain stick of dough. If that's the way it is meant to be sold PLEASE DON'T BOTHER ORDERING IT. It had no taste to it. The only edible item from my order was the Ft long cookie. Unfortunately, my bill was $30. So keep going here if you want to pay for a $30 cookie.
