Sticky disgusting floors. Ridiculous cover charges that change minute by minute. Security won't let you smoke in an outdoor area but they let some b-list celeb smoke weed upstairs. Dangerous over capacity crowds at times. The politicians should stop being hypocrites and shut this place down. On the upside, the bartenders and waitresses were hard working.

I got kicked out of my OWN bottle service for zero reason. 0/10 do not recommend, full of minors and under age children AFTER HOURS. worst bar in downtown iowa city hands down.

Friend wasn’t allowed with 3 rips in jeans, but girls can, top floor, girls only on the stage got kicked out for going on there $10 entry, most of the ‘bouncers’ creeps with women, and they let anyone in with a cardboard id, stay clear of this place.

Absolutely my favorite bar for dining with a female acquaintance, drinking with friends, enjoying the night life, flirting with bartenders, catching a Hawkeye game, or just throwing on a dress shirt and socializing or partying. Only been kicked out 3 times in my whole life, and I wouldn't give up the memories for anything. I love seeing friends there, and it's a perfect place to find the sexiest women in town any given night of the week.

Bouncers that were working on 10/29 are extremely homophobic, was physically assaulted by three bouncers at Skummett, this is reason regards to this bar as SKUMMEY, NOT SUMMIT, in iowa city, the most embarrassing in this city, embarrassment to the university and moral conduct, owners of this establishment should really re-evaluate the hiring of their staff and their quality.

Brad was so busy talking to undersage girls that the bouncers let in that he was unable to repromand the bartenders for slipping something in my drink. When I got home I found myself paralized in my bed seizing randomly. Not to mention Brad barely pays his employees and it shows. The lack of dedication and the lack of respect towards his customers and employees is sickening. Not to mention one more bud light and his fat a** will barley fit inside his shitty s class.
