Were out of napkins, couldn't break 100 dollar bill, refresher didn't have taste.... wouldn't go back bage didn't taste good
I work in the mall I love coming in and getting there food it’s made to order so fresh ! Their coffee is the best !!! And they have all the sweet treats ! New and old school candy
I went to the location downtown and not only did I get cussed out by an employee but I was not even allowed to order anything because the person was so rude and told me to leave. I was very disappointed with their behavior will definitely never go there again.
Best staff and great service. Amazing food. My new fav is the Carrot Bisque so amazing perfectly seasoned they have the best coffee and matcha in town. She is so sweet and personable makes me feel safe. The safe are so sweet are the food is always on point. Yeah other offer shoppes are fun but I promise you have never experienced a café like Teaspoons. Thank me later!!
We love to have our amazing chocolates with their women grown amazing coffee!
The cherry pistachio matcha latte changed my life. It is so good! It’s sweet but not overly so, and the matcha flavor is subtle, so if you don’t like matcha, you will still love this latte.
This place is always my favorite place to go!

I have not been to Tspoons in ages, it was never my favorite coffee place, but wanted to give it another shot and grabbed an iced latte at the new ped mall location. There are plenty of options and I got one of the summer specials- a strawberry latte. At first I was a little shocked by the $7 charge for their smallest size. Quite steep. I assumed it must be really good but I was honestly disappointed in the flavor. Not only was the espresso flavor basically nonexistent, it just also didn’t taste like *good* espresso. The strawberry flavor was very artificial tasting and about thirty minutes after drinking it, my stomach turned and I knew immediately it was the latte disagreeing with me. I think the quality of the coffee must not be good and I wish their offering tasted more fresh.

I stop but here often to grab a coffee which is usually pretty good. The service is great and the atmosphere is small and tight but cute. They definitely try to emphasize buying with them to shop local but I am believe their baked goods and other supply come from Costco so not exactly shopping local. I've seen other businesses that don't have baking space get items from a local IC bakeries so it seemed more local to me. Still good, just something to consider.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's downstairs at the University Capitol Centre, which is wheelchair accessible and there's no door to the actual store, but it might be a tight squeeze

Ordered a cappuccino. Barista had to look up what that was. Then gave me a glass of cold milk with one shot. Coffee didn’t even change the color from white. Embarrassing
This occurred on 6/11 at 1158. Owner replied offering to make right but unfortunately from out of town.

Im not a coffee connoisseur by any stretch, but I enjoy a good latte. Had the pleasure of stopping by this wonderful gem on a visit. Staff was friendly and prompt, facilities are clean and inviting, and best if all delicious. I was even "challenged by the owner" that she could make me a cup of tea id love, and i despise tea. I was shocked when I had to admit defeat after trying her matcha. It's delicious! There's even a diagram of "what's in my drink" on the wall for people like me who have no clue! 5+ stars!!!!!

I have only ever come in for a quick cup of coffee and maybe a sweet treat here and there- which has always been wonderful. They make very good lattes and I've never been disappointed. The staff is very kind and they have a great selection of sweets. Candy, chocolates, you name it.That being said, today I stopped in and ordered some food- the baked oatmeal. It was extremely gross. It tasted like the inside of the fridge plus overwhelmingly of walnuts. I didn't say anything to the staff because they were very kind. Also, in the spirit of fairness, this is the only food item. However I did also notice the tables and floors were very dirty and the layout of the store is very disjointed. The candy shelves make the tables feel extremely cramped and I felt like I was too close to the person at the table next to me. It's a very claustrophobic kind of space. This is partly due to the fact the store is small, but I feel like they would benefit from reconsidering the layout a bit. It's a great place if you're just stopping in for a quick coffee and sweet treat, but if today is any indication of the usual atmosphere, I can't say I recommend them for dining in.Again, though, I would like to reiterate that this is the first time I have dined in. It is quite possible that this might have just been an off day for them.Still, it was a markedly uncomfortable and disappointing experience. The coffee is very good still, though, so it wasn't a total bust.I don't like writing negative reviews like this when there's grey area. Some places deserve negative press 100% but Teaspoons is such a cute spot and I would love to see them thrive! I hope this was just a bad day for them.

I have been a regular at Teaspoons for several weeks now, and my experience has been nothing short of delightful. Being a college student it's nice to have a welcoming space close to campus to fuel up and do school work. From the moment I step in I am greeted with a smile. What sets this coffee shop apart is the owner's personal touch; she is actively engaged with customers, making genuine small talk. They also have an extensive menu that goes beyond the usual coffee offerings. With a variety of options to cater to all of my cravings. Additionally they have a rewarding loyalty system. As a regular visitor, I appreciate the benefits that accumulate with each visit. From discounts to exclusive offers. My go to's are their oat milk latte with honey and vanilla, along with the charged lotus energy drink with raspberry, coconut and strawberry.
