This restaurant is exactly what you would expect from a taco bell, but they are constantly cancelling delivery orders, even when made well before the restaurant closes. It is incredibly annoying to be waiting two hours for dinner to come around only for them to bail out. This place is unreliable; go somewhere else.

I had an awful experience with Taco Bell. Quality was Poor. The food was terrible, got delivery two of my items were missing. The steak cheesy dipping burritos were a joke—they put no effort into it. It was little shredded cheese, barely melted and steak on a basic tortilla.

Total joke. Ordered delivery, they forgot 2 whole ass items. Grubhub says they will refund the money for the items but what good is that when my husband sits here with no food to eat bc it was left out. At that point, we could have just gone ourselves. You pay all the extra fees for the convenience and then it's worse. Then grubhub wanted to take the drivers tip and refund that, which had nothing to do with the food prep. This Taco Bell needs to get their shit together and actually check orders before handing them out. 😤

I don’t know why you have a Taco Bell when the drive through is closed at 1:00 because you are “backed up with DoorDash orders”. You should prioritize people who are in the drive through first.

I was in the drive through and I asked to add nacho fries at the first window and the man said he couldn’t do that. I used to work here and used to do it all the time for customers. pure laziness on the night shift, hire better people. making me wanna go to mcdonald’s.
