And here we are again at my favorite place in Iowa City since moving here but I’ve noticed a few things that this place needs to correct. Portion size. If I’m paying for an ORDER of chips and guacamole which is extra, I expect a good sized portion. It was brought to me in a plastic cup which is unacceptable being as every other place I’ve ever had Mexican food from serves it on a dish or nice bowl with garnish. They do the same for the chips and salsa. I waited what...

The waiter was great, I ordered steak tacos, Mexican style with cheese and lime on the side (my go to) and he recommended the Quesabirria with steak and they were hands down the absolute best steak tacos I have ever had!! Will definitely go back and I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Food was excellent but portion sizes were small - I got 7 shrimp and they were pretty small, hardly enough for 4 tortillas. But with how good the food was, I'd go back and try other things for sure.
