Of all the places I’ve been here in Iowa city. This is the place I’m going to miss the most. Free pool monday-Thursday, drink specials, friendly bartenders. What else can you ask for?

It is surely serving a purpose as a place for students to take a break and have fun.Unfortunately, the pool tables are in poor condition. Not really playable by a serious player. Cloth is worn and torn. Cushions are dead. Needs a complete redo. Need new good quality balls, too. Thus, I have to give a one-star rating since it isn't really a pool hall until tables are in good condition.

This could be a great place except the pool tables are in very poor condition. Need new covering. Including new cushions. Use tournament blue, please. Also, new balls.Tables aren't playable in present condition by any serious pool player. Or anyone for that matter.

I am a Marine corps veteran and very very politely asked if the pool table next to us could stop dropping her pool stick because every time she missed a shot she purposely dropped her pool cue on the floor creating a certain sound which is triggering to certain people have been in certain combat situations.. we moved tables across the bar and they continuously flicked us off and asked her friend who worked at the bar (which mentioned above) therefore she asked her friend (short ugly black haired girl) to kick us out and did. Do not go here horrible bar!!

I love the atmosphere of the place, very good music, and lovely drinks, while you play pool, also good music, dart games and a good place to practice getting better in the pool!!

Great place, great service, great drinks. However they have pool assisting cubes which is bullshiiiiyyyyyytttt. This does not help the professional pool guys, like myself...

A good local pool hall with vintage style tables and a nice selection of local beers as well as the usual macros. Well worth visiting if that's your thing.

Ladies beware! One of the bartenders is roofying the female customers. Three young ladies were there and all three of them became completely intoxicated and ended up throwing up for hours! No, this isn’t a case of over drinking. After talking with other students it’s not the first time this has happened! This is not acceptable people! Please take this seriously ladies!

Last night while out with some friends I ordered a beer. The one I was given was expired so I asked if I could have a new one. The bar tender then took it from me and dumped it down the drain before walking away. When she came back I asked if I could have my money back for the drink. She then got another bar tender who told me to leave.
