Teddy's Bigger Burgers

Probably my favorite burger and fries in Iowa City. The burgers are fantastic, the special sauce is delicious, the fries (both regular and garlic) are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the shakes are the right consistency. Also, one of the few places that has pink lemonade as a regular soft drink. Love this place.

The food was good. My tots were extra crispy. The fire bbq sauce wasn't very spicy. Don't be afraid.

Normally a good burger, but as you can see from the photo it is far from the Medium Well burger I ordered. In addition, Grub hub picked up the order at 4:49 and delivered it at 6:04. No ice left in the cola's and food had to be reheated in the microwave. Hate to think k what the burger looked like before it was nuked for 60 seconds. Very disappointed.

Perfect visit. Burger was delicious, fries were crisp, and the signature sauce never disappoints.

The onion rings were great. I got a 1/3 cheeseburger with bacon and sauted onions. Along with root beer float. Cost me just under $19. I wanted to try it and was not pleased at the cost for the flavor I got. I will stick to a nicer sit down restaurant or stick to star light. Same meal would of tasted way better for $13

Amazing burger, their secret burger sauce is unbelievable! However the food super super SLOW. Average wait time is about 15-20 minutes. Recommend order through phone call and pick up after about 15 minutes. A little pricey as well but the burgers worth the price.

Burger was good, shake and fries as well. They almost lost one star for not being located in Hawaii. We could have used the pick me up on this snowy winter day. But I appreciate the throw back to eating at their restaurant on the island.

Fantastic Job!The cook is amazing. It is very rare that you eat food that stops you in your tracks. This is one of those places. Make sure the cook has white glasses. I live over an hour and a half away. I am sitting here, right now, contemplating on driving back just to eat at this restaurant. I think I'm literally broken because we don't have this place where I live.

My favorite thing about Teddy's is that since the day it opened years ago until now it has been CONSISTENT!! The food has stayed the same, tasted the same, since day one. As a picky eater I REALLY appreciate that. The food is always fresh & hot no matter when you order. I don't think I have ever had them mess up an order either. Cheese fries with real cheese sauce & Huge, thick shakes. One of my favorite places in town.

Absolutely great food but wait time is a little long while they add more staff but definitely worth the wait.

Great veggie burgers !!!!!

The veggie patty itself is very standard but the signature sauce and toppings (especially the grilled pineapple) make up for some it. The garlic butter fries are fantastic. I would also say the place is very understaffed.
