Squash soup and bay scallops were perfect starters. The trout was so tender, and delightful with the butter sauce and mushrooms. The monkfish, my favorite, reminded me of bouillabaisse. The food was excellent but definitely not the place for quiet dining.

Food was phenomenal (yet a bit cold), however the service I would give 0 stars if I could. It was our anniversary & we seemed more of a bother to them rather than it being a celebration. We had to tell the server it was our anniversary even though we booked it as that, “Happy Anniversary” was even on our menu, & they offered nothing to celebrate us. Disappointed because if I’m spending $300 on food, the service might as well be good! ☹️

Best service in Iowa City. Top notch dining, reminds me of a fancy place in Chicago or bigger city, but we have it right here in Iowa and we are so incredibly lucky to have a fine dining place here. The quality of the meal is worth the price. I spent my birthday here, and custom menus were printed. #lovethat
