Mediocre and expensive food. Terrible service - took forever to get our order, but the waitresses were friendly. $55 for two sandwiches, side salads and two beers with tip.

Our family went here to eat between games for our daughter’s softball tournament. Service was very slow even though there were only maybe 7-8 other people in the entire place. We watched our food sit in the window for minimum 10 minutes before it was actually brought out, mind you every staff in the place touches the plates multiple times. My food, my daughters and her friends were all cold. Not even Luke warm…. We did not have time to wait for food to be remade. So they offered boxes to take it home since it was cold.. again we had 2 additional softball games to attend so taking the food home also not an option. Will not be back. At least the ranch was good 🤷‍♀️

I don’t even know where to begin. We are here for parents weekend. Excited to try a new spot. The restaurant was disorganized. We waited 10 minutes for a booth to be cleaned. It took over 30 minutes for our chips and salsa appetizer to be delivered. The place was not at capacity. All this feels normal for parents weekend. Our daughters food was delivered wrong. The FIRST time we shared with the server who dropped the food that it was wrong- she ordered without meat (she is a vegetarian). The server stated “I am not your server, it’s not my problem and there is nothing I can do”. This was after drink orders were messed up or just not delivered. When the order arrived a second time and was wrong, a second time, we tried to explain to the server the concern, she was kind and wanted to fix it; her coworker, who was rude the first time, rolled her eyes and glared at us. This was after she was complaining about us to other servers. When we shared our concern, we were told our tab was “voided” and told we needed to leave. Not sure who owns the establishment but voiding a $200 tab due to server incompetence seems like a bad business decision to me. As we were leaving, confused, another server we had never seen, yelled at us in front of other patrons and told us we can’t harass the servers and we are never welcome back. Honestly, shocked. Also, if this is how your servers handle themselves in a moderately busy environment, perhaps some support and training would benefit them. The empowerment is working against the business. This is my first EVER 1 star review and it is well earned.

Went in, was told to sit wherever, no one helped me for 10 minutes, then a server came by and asked “are you waiting on a sever?” to which I said yes, and she walked away. Ended up sitting for 10 more minutes without help and just left.

The food was mediocre, service was slow and the wait staff was ineffective and rude. It was clear the ownership doesn’t care how their staff treats customers. I would avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

Slow service, food was so-so. And on top of it there was really no one there.

The service was good!! The food was ok but the sauces was amazing and I also liked the fact they had small wings. I just didn’t like the fact that the wings were overly cooked and the grease the fries was cooked on was old. It definitely better than the one on the coralville strip.
