We arrived for a birthday reservation and ordered drinks. Then after, the server didn’t return except every 15 minutes. We spent 2 hours waiting for our entrees while the table of 10 that sat AFTER us received their food 10 minutes before us. Very disappointed with the service and quality of food for the price. Also, tabs are limited to 3 with large groups which doesn’t make much sense as a past server. At a pristine establishment like this you should be more than able to split checks and adhere to the customers needs. Super disappointing as a first time attendee.

This is my favorite spot in all of Iowa city. The service and food is absolutely impeccable. They do the absolute most every single time! My server Annalie was top notch and very knowledgeable not to mention extremely intuitive. She was super easy to talk to and made us feel right at ease. Not to mention our bar back Blake was absolutely brilliant and gave the best service along with her !! I would go to the Vue time and time again! Every experience is an absolute 10/10, highly recommend to anyone who has never come !!!

Benjamin was a terrific waiter. Pleasant, light-hearted, efficient, thorough. We were glad he was our server for a delightful birthday dinner with friends.
