Today was a usual day got back from track practice and my mom asks what I want and I say wendy's. We get there we wait a long time and when it's our turn to order they didn't even take it and then once we go to the window the white lady there is like so mad and almost throws the food at my mom like lady are you ok. I've never experienced it because it was mostly black people that are kind and work there and take your order and give you your stuff kindly.

I went to get a mobile order, was waiting 15 minutes and the poor cashier wanted to help me and when he stepped away from the long line to ask who's order I was there for a manager barked at him to ignore mobile orders til the line was clear. I could see my mobile order just sitting behind him. It was another 15 minutes before I got service. I paid 30 minutes before I got my food and watched my hot food go cold. Like manager lady, get it together XD

This Wendy’s is excellent at finding new and creative ways to ruin your experience. They wouldn’t accept cash today. No sign, no warning, nothing. And in fact the 800 complaint number had something taped over the top of it lol. Probably the staff got caught stealing… again. This is a sad garbage shell of the Wendy’s it used to be.

This place is a crapshoot. In the day when the very cool friendly guy is there it can be GREAT. Any other time seems to be a nightmare. I have been there three times for breakfast and they haven't gotten the order right once. Today I got two biscuits with just egg and some kind of hamburger bun with sausage. No sandwich was right...lol...

I love the daytime workers. There is always one guy that is hilarious. Never had an order messed up dayshift. However night shift is actually a disaster. I have consistently had my orders messed up by them. Tonight in particular I paid for 2 biggie bags. Guy at the window told me I still owed $2.75 cuz my debit card didnt pay for it all, which makes 0 sense if you've ever ran a register. It would have declined if I didn't have enough. He then gave me a frosty and I told him I didn't order it. Gave me the correct drink and I left. Realized later that I did actually pay the full amount and ended up paying for the people behind me too (2 small frosties I think), and the worker either didn't realize or didn't want to own up to his mistake. Never gave me a receipt nor asked if I wanted one. Not worth going back and complaining about $2.75 in cash but wow do they need to work on their common sense. Don't come here at night.

I got my order at the drive thru---was checking it at the stoplight. It was wrong, so I went right back. Was very disappointed in the way they corrected my order.The gentleman asked for my receipt-- which the young lady never gave me. I told him he probly could check from my credit card.He pointed behind and said "Mam-- you see there's a line & I'm very busy.He then ask if he could get me a free fiies.I laughed and said "That's ok. I won't be back....."

I will never return to this place! It was the worst experience I've ever had ever! Waited 30 mins for my mobile order that sat there made for that whole time while car after car steady got their food. I returned the cold food and asked for it to be remade. I was offered to keep my cold food for the inconvenience, ummm no thanks I just returned it to you! I wasn't looking for free, I was looking for edibles food! The new food is put in bags, get to the car to bite into a still frozen nugget, it wasn't even cooked. I refused to go back on there again. The kid I dealt with 1st needs a new job, this is not it.
