i ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwhich and when I got home I had a thank you turkey. Also, the bacon tasted off on my girlfriend’s turkey club with the bread being very dry as well as the turkey and cheese tasting off. Not sure if it’s the environment or just the food but very disappointing

Thank You Turkey turned out to be just a $10 turkey and cheese sandwich. I can understand there being confusion when the order requested no spreads but the fact that cranberry sauce and stuffing aren’t even option I would expect to have it on my sandwich. I have never had a problem ordering this sandwich and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

CC machines were down. Worker just shrugged his shoulders and went back behind counter. After trying all 3 of their self order stations we decided to order online. 2 workers were working on CC situation up front. After 10 minutes we inquired After our order that was not in the pick up area. The one employee behind the counter handed us a bag and our shake. Sandwich was no longer warm, bit the shake was. They were put out when we asked them to remake the shake, since we were the only ones there and they knew we ordered online, but failed to give is our order when it was ready. The 2nd shake was handed to my husband, without making eye contact. It was runnier than the 1st. It went in the trash. No employee expressed any interest in our experience, or even said 2 words to us.

It was so very frustrating to be denied access for to the restrooms as paying customers. Our frustration was escalated as friends of the staff were allowed to use the restroom without buying anything. You would think the restrooms would be accessible for customers first. Such an embarrassment for a chain to treat paying customers this way. Food also took an obnoxious length of time and was poorly prepared. This is the worst time run food establishment I have ever seen.

Visited on 9/2/23 during the 4pm hour. The reason why the service is 1 star is because this location had 3 self checkouts, with 1 cashier checkout and the individual thats assigned to the register was sitting in the dining area while the 2 crew members in the kitchen area spent most of their downtime sitting in the kitchen. This is only the 2nd time I've had Which Wich in almost 10 years and this one doesn't do the brown bags (Since mostly automated) the sandwiches came in that customers first check marked off of with what they wanted/toppings on their sandwich before handing to the crew member.... it cost almost $8 for their "regular" sized meatball sandwich (7-8 inches), I know at Subway you can get a footlong meatball for that price. I used to live in the Twin Cities area when they announced all the 7-8 locations closing within that metro. Not surprising.

The sandwich was almost all lettuce and bread. The employees were playing around behind the counter instead of helping customers, and the fry container was 1/3 full. Bread was a bit soggy. Seems poorly managed at this location, because I've had really good which wich at other locations.

Atmosphere is cool, food came out fast. The sandwiches are smaller than average, so I would recommend getting a larger size sandwich. The customer service was only ok. I didn’t have any issues with the staff, but they weren’t welcoming, happy, or friendly. Instead of taking your order, they have iPads that you order through. It felt like an Walmart self check out. Overall I’d give the restaurant a 3/5 due to the cleanliness and atmosphere. Sandwich tasted good too.

dude man

has to be the worst customer service ive had, anywhere. i used their online ordering system, and when i got there, they hadnt even started my order, then INSISTED it 'hadnt gone through." Not only that, but after waiting an additional ten minutes for my food, they tried to charge me for my order AGAIN! This place already charges so much money for their food, if i could rate them 0/5 stars i would. Not worth your money or your time, especially if you're in a rush!

Prices are way too high for what you get. The sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, they put on way fewer toppings than they used to, and the oven has been broken for a while now, so they can't even toast anything. Not nearly as good as it used to

I remember loving this place the first time I ever had it. Something has changed since then. I got a BLT from here, a very simple sandwich, and it was one of the worst I have ever eaten. The ratios were off, the flavors were bitter, and their descriptor of "double bacon" certainly didn't measure up to the lack thereof (see photo). They left out other parts of my order as well, even though I was charged for them. This place has fallen a long, long way.

Right up at the top for sun places in the area. They have some unique versions of subs which I am a big fan of! Definitely recommend the this place!
