Ive been here before an it was great. Today i met Danyell whos attitude clearly showed me she does not belong in customer service. When we asked about the price being different she gave me "prices have changed, how many do you want" in a rude tone. We still got the item. We sat down annoyed but still hungry. There was a table next to us to which she dropped off their food. They began eating. She came back an handed them their actual bread an took the one they were all ready eating an set it at our table. That is a huge violation in my book. I will not be back unless they get better people in there...she killed the whole experience.

Food is great for a big box store type of restaurant. The meatballs were homemade loved them. The ravioli was not homemade and the taste wasn’t the best. The sauce was great the bread was soft hot and cheesy. Will be coming back
Pop tasted flat. Didn't want to give us Xtra toppings on our salads. Server dressed in gray sweat pants, quite unappealing.

Had Mother’s Day lunch yesterday There were 10 of us. The food was amazing and we were all served very timely. The place was very clean and the staff were awesome. Highly recommend.!

I love zios. My first job was zio johnos in Cedar Rapids! And wow I came to this location and was very disappointed. Something off about this location. I got family feast that didn’t get eaten because it tasted so odd. Garlic bread was terrible I immediately had to spit it out. Too much garlic, not how it used to be unfortunately
Took my granddaughters out for a girls day age 5 and 7 I decided to come in here after getting our nails done next Door. The food absolutely terrible. The sauce is absolutely disgusting and the pizza bread had slices of cheese that are like rubber. The ravioli had gross cheese in it. The only thing that seemed halfway decent were the mushrooms ended up walking out $45 later for terrible food.

I was so happy to find a Zio Johno’s close. Also nice to know it is ran by the same great people who were in North Liberty. Food is the same great quality that I look forward to.

The pizza was passable. The garlic bread pretty good. The pasta was the absolute worst, an insult to Italians. We threw it out. The bolognese was canned and the Alfredo smelled like vomit.
