The food was of normal quality for a DQ. The time it took to get the food was way too long. 2 hot dogs, 1 flame thrower and some French fries was about a 12 minute wait. It's just the average DQ overall I would give them a 83%

We were in town for a Iowa Iowa state slow pitch softball game and we wanted to beat the heat inside because it is toasty outside so we decided to come here because of ice cream everything was good but my one complaint was while we were sitting two employees were fighting and swearing up a storm for Everton to hear it just seems like there are too many employees witch is kind of crazy but other that that food was hot and cold(ice cream)

The only reason this establishment gets the second star is for the young man behind the register this evening. While he was taking orders, running register, dispersing food, greeting AND wishing customers a good day, a group of 4 or 5 employees was standing right beside this young man making fools of themselves in front of myself and other customers. Paying no mind to helping even in the slightest. Very unprofessional and it happens almost every time I come here for food.

Super disappointed.. I ordered a four piece sauce and tossed chicken strip basket that comes with fries two slices of toast and 4FULL SIZED chicken tenders and I paid $10.69 for barely that… I will never be spending my money at this establishment again and will be spreading the word to others as this is not the first time I’ve wasted my money here .

I want to give a shout out to our very own DQ and staff here in Iowa Falls. I know I come in A LOT, but they have gotten to know me as soon as I walk in. I do a lot of ordering for our sales staff at Dale Howard Auto Center and as soon as I step in the door, "Mobile's here!" Great service and staff. Thanks for all that you do.

While me and my friends stop by to grab something to eat I order a cheeseburger with fries I found hair on my hamburger and fries was not fresh and hot and my friends ordered a blazer they mess their blazer one order a blazer he wanted a Reece with extra Reece and other one order butter finger with ex butter finger the worker said sorry we don't do extra stuff and the employees there was just standing around playing on there phones and the man bathroom was nasty as hell trash on the floor and shit on the toilet seat
Extra little cup of ranch . 75 cents. The amount of fries they give you is equal to a happy meal fry size.. does deathly isn't the dairy Queen I remember from a few years ago. A few years ago everything would have been five stars.
