Great tasting popcorn at a reasonable price! Several varieties available, as well.
I'm so glad to see the stand is still there. 40 years ago I often got glazed popcorn from an older gentleman, maybe the current owners Grandfather. My dad had the shoe repair shop underneath Price's Sporting Goods, what is now Farm Bureau Financial.
I can honestly say this little business was one of the loveliest surprises I’ve ever come across in exploring Iowa. I wish that every small town had something so downright magical.
The popcorn is fantastic, the setting is perfect, the staff is friendly and the kiosk/ neon sign is wonderful.
