Grandson had a soccer game. A tradition after his game we go and enjoy a dessert, root beer float. It also helps us to cool off and relax, before the trip back to Des Moines.

Great service! The lady taking the drive through order repeated it back to me so I knew I was getting the correct items. That might seem minor but I personally appreciate it after receiving the wrong order at other drive through places where they don’t even tell you the price and say “ok come to the 2nd window”. The little things matter!

The food quality was great but the 2 employees that took our order had attitudes and one yelled at my mom for no reason. They were very rude to me and my family. It was completely uncalled for. So our experiences dining in was completely ruined.

Fast food restaurants remind me of two extremes. One is the small town fast food places I grew up with. These places were well run and the food was delicious and fresh. The other thought is the stereotypical chain place of modern day where they are understaffed, dirty and the workers are apathetic. This place is a place we have driven through many times and always had a good experience. Today we dined inside and it was ran like the hometown restaurants of old. The food was fresh and delicious. The store was immaculately clean. The prices have definitely risen but they have everywhere. I was happy to see this place meet these old school expectations
