Good ice cream, nice location. I wish there was more seating and the teenage girls running the place would be a bit more professional in how they spoke and acted but otherwise it was an enjoyable time.
Nothing fancy, only outdoor bench seating (hope it's not raining..lol) friendly service and decent selection of flavors, if in Jefferson it's worth the stop, and it's open till 10pm most days..

On a 2.5 hour trip to watch State Softball in Ft. Dodge, Twiins was a great place to stop for a snack. Our group of 4 had shakes and malts. They were all excellent and the girls working that day were polite, courteous, and very helpful. If we are in the area again, we'll stop for great tasting and reasonably priced ice cream treats.
