My wife and I walked out after waiting for 10 minutes. Bar staff were busy chatting. Kept looking over but appeared less than interested in serving us. Place has a good vibe but seemed empty for a Saturday evening.

the dance game (StepManiaX) in the arcade has the sound completely turned off. you won't be able to hear the music or the game at all. don't waste your $1.00. I asked if it could be turned up and the manager said the games are controlled by a 3rd party company so there's nothing that can be done about it and they don't have access to open the game to turn up the volume with the knob.

Backpocket is an absolute enjoyable experience. The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is incredible. I was very pleased with the menu selection. It was hard for me to choose what to order. We will definitely be returning.

I went for lunch. I ordered the Italian thing sandwich-ish. There is more meat on a subway sandwich than there was on this thing. It was horrible and completely over drenched with the dressing on the sandwich. It felt like I was drinking the dressing and had to search for the protein. I'm kind of a foodie but I'm not really snobby in the sense that food is good or it's not this was horrific I would have rather gone to Subway. As for the gentleman that served me he was very friendly and very attentive but it was lunch and the place was not very busy. I will probably never go back unless forced to.

This was our first visit to Back Pocket. Our sever Marista was awesome. She was very welcoming and handled the lunch rush great. We will definitely be back again and hopefully get Marista as our sever again sometime. The Detroit Pizza was awesome.

Retired Senior nurse inspector just a customer. Reported them to state yesterday due to serous health violation.the staff in the kitchen do not wear any headcovers . Saw it happened after I educated them . Had pulled a 5 inch hair out of my hamburger. This is a serious health violation due to hair and scalp particles falling in your food. Also they have a large garbage can near the door making it difficult for handicap accessible. Great strawberry cheesecake. Games look fun. Once it’s safe I’ll be back. Till they take this issue seriously I’d be cautious about eating there. Just want people to be safe.

Terrible service! Hostess said they did not have any tables available at the moment, didnt get a us an estimated time but there were at least 15 plus empty tables. Gave them the benefit of doubt, maybe they were short staffed, so we said we would bowl and wait for a table. While we bowled and waited several people came in and were sat immediately, okay maybe they had reservations. Kept waiting, finally after seeing and hearing a group come in and ask to sit at an empty table we went to ask how much longer. The hostess said she did not know and that she couldn't give me any idea of how much longer. After a series of questions and no answer as to why we couldn't be sat or when that could happen we ended up leaving. Super disappointing because it's a great place to go!
